Have had great support from Northeast Implement Inc. I have a Farmi 501 winch and it has been excellent and has stood up to all kinds of abuse!
I have purchased 2 grapple/ rotator combos from northeast implement and both have had issues. First attachment's flat plate coupler was off so it couldn't be mounted to my excavator, ( northeast implement sent another that did work 2 weeks later that I had to switch over myself.) as well as nearly all hydraulic fittings were leaking. 2nd attachment's flat plat coupler was also off, (bolt pattern for rotator was incorrectly located preventing grapple from being attached. northeast implement has offered to help address the issue but i've lost confidence that they can make something work, and in my industry downtime is lost . I was told that these issues never happen, but that seams unlikely. find somewhere else for your equipment attachment needs
